• Compression therapy (bandaging / garments)
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
• Skin care (and precautions)
• Exercise
• Home program including modifications of activities of daily living that are integral to each other for the best outcome for those with decongestive conditions.

The comprehensive training program empowers you to enhance your therapeutic abilities, offering a deep understanding of the lymphatic system. By learning Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT) within a broader healthcare context, you’ll be prepared to address diverse client needs, including those affected by lymphatic system issues due to surgery, radiation therapy, trauma, or common ailments like sinusitis and immobility.

The practical workshop allows you to gain hands-on experience, refining your tactile understanding of MLD. You’ll learn the nuances of skin texture and precise pressure application, which are best comprehended through in-person training.

Furthermore, we delve into the world of compression bandaging, covering traditional short stretch bandages, alternative solutions like the Mobiderm system and two-layer systems, as well as innovative options like Fast n Go for self-bandaging. This knowledge ensures you can cater to the unique needs of all your clients, regardless of their location.

In larger classes, addressing queries can be challenging, and one-on-one interaction is limited.
